ERIC DARGAN

PRESIDENT

A proven corporate and civic leader with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s

Degree in Electrical Engineering. Service -oriented and offers solid corporate and public leadership as an Executive Manager Experienced in the areas of market research and analysis, communications, finance, employee development, and supervision. Major strengths consist of supervising large employee groups, stream lining operating procedures, delivering quality customer service, working with community leaders, fostering innovation and collaboration, and managing multi million dollar budgets. Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with elected and appointed officials, contractors, vendors, employees, regulatory agencies, professional organizations and the community. Currently, serving as a Public Servant in the position of Chief Operating Officer of  Houston Public Works;managing the design, construction and maintenance of the city’s infrastructure for the City of Houston.

JENAI TIDWELL

TREASURER & FOUNDER MEMBER

Jenai Tidwell is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an LPC Supervisor specializing In individual therapy. Throughout her years of practice, Jenai has grown to find that there is a need for a holistic point of view in mental health treatment as our mental health is directly affected

by what we eat, how we sleep, and if we exercise or not. Because of this, Jenai is working to gain the certification of a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP). Her purpose is to educate other mental health professional and the public about holistic mental health. She hopes to ensure this purpose is seen to fruition through her entrepreneurial effort of her clinic, The Hartwell Clinic and her training and consultant firm, Be Well Health Resources.

DR. KAYCE SOLARI-WILLIAMS

SECRETARY

Dr. Kayce D. Solari Williams (“Dr. Kayce”) is a Native Texan with

degrees from Texas A&M University in Kinesiology (B.S. and

M.S.) and Health Education with a specialization in Prevention

Science (Ph.D.) and the University of Texas Health Science

Center at Houston School of Public Health (MPH in Health

Promotion and Behavioral Sciences). She completed her

teacher certification coursework and training at Texas Southern

University and is certified in the state of Texas to teach all-level

physical education and secondary dance.

NZINGA RIDEAUX

Nzinga Rideaux, whom God manifested His healing in from stage 3A breast cancer. She’s a living witness and walking testimony of the greatness of our God. Who is Faithful to His Promises. She’s a Wife, Minister, Servant Leader, Entrepreneur, Author, Consultant, Life Speaker, Mentor and Aspiring Screenwriter who currently has a play and movie project in the making. She loves spending time with family, friends and sharing God’s amazing love locally and abroad to whomever He sends her too. She loves a good laugh, a chair by the water, a great book, play or movie and quiet time alone. She has been featured on TBN’s Praise the Lord Program where she had the privilege of participating on a Women-In-Ministry panel discussion.

DR. RHONDA DICKEY

 
Rhonda R. Dickey, M.D. is an experienced pediatrician with over 14 years of experience providing leadership in health care management and specialized pediatric care for hospitals and health care agencies. She is a native of Houston and a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana with a BS in chemistry. She earned her Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College and began her medical career with a residency in pediatrics at Kaiser Oakland Medical Center and Nassau University Medical Center. She completed a two-year assignment in Pediatrics at the McKinney Community Health Center in Waycross, Georgia and joined the Satilla Regional Medical Center staff in 2006. Dr. Dickey has managed health care solutions for over 6 organizations, and she delivers strategic consulting to hospitals and health care agencies nationally. She is patient-driven with an impressive history in defining and clarifying clients’ needs by enhancing comprehensive care, evaluating medical outcomes and maintaining appropriate patient-physician relationships. Dr. Dickey is a tactical planner offering measurable records of strengthening the health care landscape for various hospitals. She is knowledgeable at establishing and maintaining professional relationships with other physicians, hospital staff and medical centers. Currently, she functions as a Pediatric Provider and Medical Expert of an interdisciplinary health care team and provides clinical management of disease at David Raines Community Healthcare Center. Dr. Dickey is a board member of Hope Over Hurt a non-profit organization which serves the local, national, and international population by empowering, outreach, and service. She has been apart of multiple HOH community projects including helping Harvey victims and speaking with males at a youth detention center. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and a host of other professional organizations.   She is recognized as an advanced medical leader and physician liaison with a creative approach to critical thinking and proven program development in the health care realm. Dr. Dickey is a strong communicator able to produce and manage multiple relationships, lasting networks and has the natural ability to interface with diverse populations.

KIMBERLY GUINN

​

A native Houstonian, Kimberly fell in love with Hope Over Hurt

in 2017. Inspired by the Morning Prayer calls led by Pastor

Wendi, Kimberly quickly began to realize her purpose, helping

others. The realization of her purpose served as a catalyst for

her to become active in Hope Over Hurt, first as a member, then

a leader and most recently a board member. Kimberly has an

undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in Human

Development and Family Studies and a graduate degree from

the University of Houston- Clear Lake in Education

Administration. She currently serves in public education helping

administrators, teachers and students reach their full potential.
